The auto-update feature in YellowPageCrawler is broken due tp Vista UAC. Now you have to check our website to find out the latest version.

Here is how you install the latest version. In Add/Remove programs uninstall the current version. Download and install the latest trial version from the product page. Unlock the trial version by using your registration code. 

This hapens when you updated your hardware or installed it to another computer. You can reset your registration code yourself. To do this, please log in to our website and click "My Account" link on the right top corner. In "My orders" tab click the order and you should be able to find a "Reset registration code" button right to the registration code. Clicking the button should get your code reset.

This is a known UAC issue in Windows Vista which blocks updating any program files. To workaround this is to copy the entire directory "c:\Program Files\Xshan Corporation\YellowPagesCrawler" to another directory (not in c:\Program files) e.g. "c:\YellowPageCrawler". And then run YellowPagesCrawler.exe from the new created directory e.g. "c:\YellowPageCrawler". We are fixing this issue in the next version.

If you grab more than 15K records from superpages.com, this is the known issue within web site superpages.com. This is not the issue of our software. You can verify by opening IE and jumping to any record after 15k mark. You will see the page is not displayable. The workaround is to split the big query into smaller ones by using specifying state or other parameters so that the total number of lists is less than 15K.
